The U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) opened the 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Grants Competition on July 5, 2023, with the release of a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The Durham CoC has conducted a local competition for the funds available to it and is recommending that HUD fund thirteen projects for a total award of $2,355,647.
